The Upper Dales WEA is a branch of the Workers' Educational Association, the UK's largest voluntary provider of adult learning.

• a talk and slides entitled Around the World in 700 days
• by Graham and Mary Watts

To mark our A.G.M. we have been invited by Graham and Mary Watts of Wensleydale to join them on their leisurely cruise around the world in a small sailing boat.

Starting out from Gibraltar and sailing westwards they visited places that some may only dream about.

This talk will progress through their preparations for the voyage and, with photographs, will race their audience from Wensleydale to far away places such as the West Indies, Panama Canal, Australia, Arabian Sea, Red Sea, to name but a few.
